The spirit of giving is at the heart of Azura Credit Union. We believe in supporting organizations and projects that benefit our neighbors and communities for the long term. Some of our beloved initiatives include education programs, affordable housing initiatives and local economic development projects. 

Impact and Sustainability

This goes deeper than one-time funding. We want to develop bonds with local organizations so that the positive momentum of good work stretches across many years, not just one day. We believe in making a meaningful impact in our communities and aligning our resources to benefit as many of our neighbors as possible.

Learn More About Our Recipients 

As a credit union that is so closely tied to our communities, we receive numerous request for donations and sponsorships. Due to this, funds may or may not be available at the time of your request, regardless of alignment and previous support. 

Eligible organizations must:

  • Serve within our Kansas membership map.
  • Focus on one or more of Azura's key areas:
    • Education
      •  Early Childhood Programming
    • Financial Literacy, Wellness & Security
    • Fundamental Needs
      • Housing and shelter, food insecurity, health, emergency community support, etc.


Impact and Sustainability

We prioritize sustainable partnerships that demonstrate a commitment to making a lasting impact. Our goal is to work closely with organizations rather than providing one-time funding. This approach allows us to strategically align our resources and achieve a greater collective benefit for the community.

We regret that we cannot consider requests from: individuals; religious groups or organizations; political candidates, campaigns or organizations; private clubs, fraternities or sororities; individual youth sports teams; golf tournaments; organizations seeking travel funding; events or other foundations for purposes of building endowment; and, organizations based outside of our Kansas membership map.*

If someone related to an organization (e.g., a board member, employee, or regular volunteer) has a connection to Azura Credit Union, this information must be disclosed. While it does not disqualify an organization from consideration, transparency is essential in maintaining ethical standards.
