How do I make my loan payment?
We know you have a choice when it comes to where you borrow your money and we appreciate that you trust Azura in the moments that matter. Here are a few ways you can make your monthly payment:
1. Set up automatic transfers or make a one-time payment in Online Banking or Mobile App.
Loan payments can be paid within Online Banking or the Mobile App. You can pay with an Azura savings or checking account, or with an external bank account or debit card. If you are not already signed up for Online Banking, you can get started by signing up now.
To pay with an external account or debit card look for "Pay My Loan" under the "Additional Services" tab in Online Banking or under "Move Money" in the Mobile App. From there, follow the prompts to pay with an external account or debit card.

2. Pay in person at any location.

How can I make my Azura loan payment?
In order to make a payment online, you must register for Azura's Online Banking. You may also make your payment in any Azura branch.

How do I enroll in Online Banking?
You can enroll in Online Banking on our website.
Simply click on "Online Banking" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Then, select the "Register for Online Banking" at the bottom menu.
Please note: You will need to know your Azura account number and be able to verify the social security number and date of birth of the primary account holder.
Once I'm logged in to Online Banking, where do I make my payment?
Once logged in, select "Move Money" and click "Loan Payment"
There are two options for making your loan payment online:
- Make your payment, at no additional charge, by inputting your bank or credit union's routing number and account number.
- If you prefer to make a payment using your debit card, you may do so for a convenience fee of $4.99.
For Option 1:
Go to the Online Banking Home Page, click "Move Money" from the upper menu bar. Then, click "Loan Payment."
The screen below will appear and you will click “Click Here” highlighted in blue to add your external account.
Click "Continue"
Add your routing and account number
Your bank will receive two small deposits to verify your account. This can take 3-5 business days.Please remember to return to your Azura online account to verify the deposits made into your primary checking account. The verification process needs to be completed within 10 days. If this step is not completed the account will not be registered and you will need to do the process again.
For Option 2:
Go to the Online Banking Home Page, click "Move Money" from the upper menu bar. Then, click "Loan Payment."
The screen below will appear and you will click “Click Here” highlighted in blue to add your external account.
Select "click here" to make a payment using a debit card and fill out the required information. (Please note: There is a $4.99 convenience fee with this option)
What if I don't want to make my payment online?
No problem! You may also make your payment in any Azura branch.
