You have options with our Interactive Teller Machines. They work just like an ATM, but you can also chat directly with one of our local tellers during business hours.

Above and Beyond Convenience

Virtually any transaction that is currently completed inside a branch can be completed at our drive-thru machines. If you're withdrawing cash, depositing a check or checking your balance, you can use the machine anytime. If you have a question - or require an added service - a simple screen touch connects you with a friendly local teller. Our video tellers are Azura employees who are centrally located, ready to assist.

  • Extended teller hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday

A Interactive Teller Machine is innovative technology that provides our members the ability to interact with our video tellers via video conferencing through the drive-thru. The video tellers are Azura employees that are centrally located and can assist any and all of our locations through the video teller machines.

The machine also has a self-serve feature that enhances the previous ATM functionality. Members will be able to deposit cash and checks 24/7 through the self-serve function.

During branch hours members will have the option to perform their transaction via video teller or through self-serve depending on what the transaction is or the personal preference of the member!


The Video Tellers are Azura Tellers, who will have the flexibility to serve members at multiple locations. They have been serving members in a variety of capacities and will continue to be available to assist you.


Virtually any transaction that is currently completed at a teller line can be completed at the machine during branch hours with a video teller.

Examples include:
  • Checking/Savings deposit or withdrawal
  • Loan payments
  • Loan advance
  • Balance inquiry
  • Account Transfers
  • Check cashing
  • Ordering Checks
  • Account Questions
Outside of branch hours, members will be able to still complete a number of similar transactions in the self-serve with deposit feature:

Examples include:
  • Balance Inquiry
  • Reset PIN
  • Account Transfer
  • Checking/Savings deposit or withdrawal


Members can drive up to our ITM machines during branch hours, the member will then have the option of inserting their card and using the self-serve ATM with deposit feature, OR, the member can touch the screen to talk to a video teller to complete their transaction. After hours, members can utilize the self-serve ATM for withdrawals and balances as well as deposits. 


No! There are no fees associated with using the interactive teller machines!


There are a number of benefits for our members:
  • Personalized, dedicated interaction with a teller with enhanced audio and visual technology
  • Members will be able to use the deposit feature 24/7
  • Adding video teller machines allows members to receive more consultative, personalized services
