Arrowhead Upgrades

We are thrilled to announce that the refresh at our Arrowhead location is complete! The team has worked hard to enhance the branch, and we can’t wait for you to experience the changes firsthand.

In addition to a fresh coat of interior and exterior paint and a brand-new roof, our drive-thru lanes are now open for service. Come visit us and let our team show you the new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) with Video Tellers. This upgrade means you can now enjoy personalized service from our local tellers while using the latest technology.

With the completion of these upgrades, our lobby and drive-thru have returned to their standard operating hours. The lobby is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., while the drive-thru ITMs with Video Tellers are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to Noon.

The Video Teller Experience

What is the Video Teller Experience?

While our ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) look similar to a regular ATM at first glance, our friendly video tellers will be able to speak with you through two-way live video! Virtually any transaction that is currently completed inside a branch can be completed at the machine during branch hours with a video teller. The video tellers are Azura employees who are centrally located and can assist any and all of our locations through the ITM.
