A Legacy of Excellence

The Forbes ranking, conducted in partnership with Statista Inc., is based on an extensive survey of approximately 26,000 U.S. residents. Participants rated credit unions where they hold checking or savings accounts across six key dimensions: Trust, Terms & Conditions, Branch Services, Digital Services, Customer Services, and Financial Advice. Additionally, publicly available online reviews contributed to the analysis, with survey results accounting for 80% of the score and reviews for 20%.

Azura's journey as a top credit union began in 2022 when it was first awarded the title of Best-In-State Credit Union for Kansas. In 2023, the credit union repeated its success, distinguishing itself among nearly 4,900 credit unions nationwide, of which only 3% made it to the Forbes list.

The methodology for the 2023 rankings remained consistent, focusing on both independent survey responses and sentiment analysis of online reviews, solidifying Azura’s reputation as a leader in customer satisfaction.
