Effective May 15, 2025, Touch Tone Teller will not be available for account inquiries and management. The system that hosts the touch tone service is no longer compatible with our account database, and an alternative system would be a significant cost to our member-owned credit union each year. With just one percent of Azura members using Touch Tone Teller, it is not fiscally responsible to replace the service.
 
In its absence, there are alternative ways for you to access your account, make balance inquiries, transfer funds and complete other transactions.

Online Banking and Mobile App

When our members register for Online Banking, they gain holistic insight into their deposit accounts, loans and e-statements with the power to transfer funds, pay bills, make loan payments and more. Online Banking can be accessed from a computer or mobile device, including desktops, laptops, tablets and smart phones. 
 
 

Notifications and Alerts

Within Online Banking, Touch Tone Teller users may benefit from setting up custom email or text notifications that will send alerts. Alerts can include: account balance updates; activities like high/low balances, large deposits or withdrawals, and cleared checks; and, reminders for loan payments and maturity dates. Text alerts can be received on both smart and non smart phones.+
 
 

Text Message Banking

The system also allows you to send Text Commands When members establish a mobile phone number within Online Banking, they can utilize Text Message Banking with Text Commands  to receive information or - if Transfers are enabled - transfer funds. Text Message Banking can be used on any device and phone number that receives text messages. Simply text+ any of the following commands to the number 454545. 
 
  • BAL for primary balance
  • BAL ALL for all account balances
  • LAST for last five transactions
  • TRANS to transfer funds to primary account (must set up in Online Banking)
  • STOP to deactivate Text Message Banking service
  • HELP for helpful keywords
 
 

Teller Machines (ITMs and ATMs)

Virtually any transaction that can be performed in a branch can be completed at our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). Our members can also use any ATM to make a balance inquiry.

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on the Additional Services menu.
  3. Click on Notifications. (Image 1)
  4. Validate or update that the email and phone number are where you wish to receive notifications. (Image 2)
  5. Add unique alerts based on what you want notified of. Use the check boxes to the left of each notification to select if you want to notified by email, text or both. (Image 2)

 



  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on the Additional Services menu.
  3. Click on Notifications. (Image 1)
  4. In the right hand column under Text Message Banking, enter the mobile phone you wish to send and receive texts on.
  5. View the text options under Text Commands and text them to 454545 to begin receiving information.
    • BAL for primary balance
    • BAL CHK for primary checking balance
    • BAL SAV for savings balance
    • BAL ALL for all account balances
    • LAST for last five transactions
      TRANS to transfer funds to primary account (must set up in Online Banking)
