Space Guidelines for Azura Outdoors
Azura Outdoors is an open-air, event venue and green space located next to our full-service office at 11750 S. Fellows St. in Olathe. Constructed in 2023, the intent of the space is to provide our community with a free resource and location to host open-to-the-public events. With a covered stage and a lawn capacity of up to 150, it is a welcoming space for free movie nights, live music, group pop-up shops and more.

Hours of availability:
- Sunday – Thursday: 9 a.m. cst – 9 p.m. cst
- Friday – Saturday: 9 a.m. cst – 10 p.m. cst
Eligibility:
- Event must be open to the public or for the purpose of a community or neighborhood group. Private events, such as birthday parties, family reunions, baby showers, etc. are not eligible.
- Requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the event.
- Event organizer must agree to guidelines and use expectations and not present a possible reputation risk or liability to Azura Credit Union.
- All events are subject to a review by Azura’s risk management department prior to approval.
- Requests must be approved in writing before any marketing of the event can begin. Use of Azura’s name, logo, address and other brand identification must be pre-approved prior to inclusion in any advertisement.
- Azura Credit Union reserves the right to deny any requests at its discretion.

- Three 50 volt hookups for food trucks
- Lawn capacity: 150
- Parking: 29 spots for events
- One public restroom available inside the branch during operating hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. cst-5 p.m. cst) If the event is held outside of these operating hours, the Event Organizer must provide the required sanitation facilities of 1 per 100 attendees as per city guidelines.
- There are a limited number of benches surrounding the lawn. Guest may bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets or similar for use at events.
Guidelines:
- Azura Outdoors requires a reservation for use.
- Use Azura Outdoors at your own risk.
- No unauthorized parties or events allowed.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- No tobacco products, smoking, or vaping allowed on the property.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
- The use of firearms, fireworks or explosives is prohibited.
- No weapons allowed.
- Only approved vendors, such as food trucks or booths, are allowed to sell on Azura property.
- Azura is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Parking is allowed only during posted hours of availability. (See above.)
- Using Azura Outdoors during closed hours is prohibited.
- Please do not litter.
- No unauthorized dumping of trash/materials.
- No grilling, cooking, unauthorized food trucks, or open flames of any kind.
- Noise must be kept under 65 decibels if using outdoor speakers.
- No loitering, peddling, advertising, or unauthorized sale of merchandise.
- Damage or destruction to property, landscaping, or vegetation at Azura Outdoors or to the Azura Credit Union facilities or property is prohibited, and an Event Organizer, sponsoring Organization, and/or users causing such damage or destruction shall indemnify Azura Credit Union for such damage or destruction pursuant to the terms of these Guidelines.
- No fires, firepits, camping, or overnight parking.
- Inflatable structures, mechanical rides, and waterslides are not permitted.
- No sunbathing.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times.
- Use pet waste stations to clean up after your pet.
- Please adhere to all state and city laws.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the park.
- In case of emergency, call 911.
- In the event of inclement weather, seek shelter.
- Azura is under video security surveillance.
- All event attendees agree to obey laws and conduct themselves in a safe and appropriate manner during the event.
- Azura reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend Azura Outdoors usage at any time. Event attendees are responsible for their own actions.
- Any user of Azura Outdoor acknowledges and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Azura Credit Union and its respective subsidiaries or other affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, elected officials, volunteers, agents, employees, members, representatives, and their heirs (collectively “the Indemnitees” or individually “an Indemnitee”), from and against any liability, damages, expenses, claims, death, injury, or monies, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, of any kind or nature (collectively “Claimed Injuries”), made, alleged, or suffered by an Indemnitee or any other person or entity arising at, on, or related to the use of Azura Outdoors, the Azura Credit Union facility or its other property, except to the extent such Claimed Injuries are the direct result of the gross negligence or intentional act of an Indemnitee.
- Azura Credit Union does not provide, and is not responsible for provision of, security at any event.
