Alerts and Text Message Banking

Set up unique notifications on your Azura accounts and receive account information by text or email.




Notifications and Alerts

 
Within Online Banking, members may benefit from setting up custom email or text notifications that will send alerts. Alerts can include: account balance updates; activities like high/low balances, large deposits or withdrawals, and cleared checks; and, reminders for loan payments and maturity dates. Text alerts can be received on both smart and non smart phones.+
 

Text Message Banking

 
The system also allows you to send Text Commands When members establish a mobile phone number within Online Banking, they can utilize Text Message Banking with Text Commands  to receive information or - if Transfers are enabled - transfer funds. Text Message Banking can be used on any device and phone number that receives text messages. Simply text+ any of the following commands to the number 454545. 
 
  • BAL for primary balance
  • BAL ALL for all account balances
  • LAST for last five transactions
  • TRANS to transfer funds to primary account (must set up in Online Banking)
  • STOP to deactivate Text Message Banking service
  • HELP for helpful keywords





Card Controls 

Activate Card Controls and get immediate updates about your Azura debit and credit card activity. It's easy to set limits, block certain transactions and even deactivate your cards temporarily. You can also report a lost card, set travel plans, dispute a transaction and more. 

























  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on the Additional Services menu.
  3. Click on Notifications. (Image 1)
  4. Validate or update that the email and phone number are where you wish to receive notifications. (Image 2)
  5. Add unique alerts based on what you want notified of. Use the check boxes to the left of each notification to select if you want to notified by email, text or both. (Image 2)

 



  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on the Additional Services menu.
  3. Click on Notifications. (Image 1)
  4. In the right hand column under Text Message Banking, enter the mobile phone you wish to send and receive texts on. (Image 2)
  5. View the text options under Text Commands and text them to 454545 to begin receiving information.
    • BAL for primary balance
    • BAL CHK for primary checking balance
    • BAL SAV for savings balance
    • BAL ALL for all account balances
    • LAST for last five transactions
      TRANS to transfer funds to primary account (must set up in Online Banking)
    • STOP to deactivate Text Message Banking service
