Azura's connection with the State of Kansas goes back to 1956, when the Kansas Highway Credit Union - later known as Kansas Credit Union (KCU) - was founded. Though our name has changed, our commitment to the financial needs and aspirations of our State workers has not.

Serving Kansans since 1939, we offer reliable products to a diverse group of members, including teachers, government employees, and workers in various industries. Membership is simple—just a $5 deposit grants access to all our services.
Through initiatives like the Community Impact Card, the Teacher Mini-Grant Program, donations and sponsorships, and our employee foundation, Azura supports local education and economic development. In 2024 alone, we donated over $150,000 to strengthen our community.
