Serving Kansans since 1939, we offer reliable products to a diverse group of members, including teachers, government employees, and workers in various industries. Membership is simple—just a $5 deposit grants access to all our services.
Through initiatives like the Community Impact Card, the Teacher Mini-Grant Program, donations and sponsorships, and our employee foundation, Azura supports local education and economic development. In 2024 alone, we donated over $150,000 to strengthen our community.

TARC enhances the lives of people affected by intellectual, developmental and related disabilities through commitment to excellence in service, support and advocacy. Our vision is that all people, including those with intellectual, developmental and related disabilities experience life to their potential. TARC is Shawnee County’s most experienced provider of support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. TARC was formed by a small group of local families in 1954. The families were all seeking to improve the lives of their children with intellectual disabilities. In the last sixty-five years, TARC has grown to serve over 2,500 individuals and families in the Topeka and Shawnee County area.
