Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for uChoose Rewards
Cardholder Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for uChoose Rewards cardholders will be added Thursday, February 13, 2025. When MFA is enabled, uChoose Rewards cardholders using Direct Sign-On (DSO) or single sign-on will be required to authenticate with a one-time passcode to complete sensitive processes such as account linking. DSO users will also need a one-time passcode for functions such as registration and password resets. Cardholders must have a valid email address on file to receive the one-time passcode via email.
